School MDM Manager is an independently developed app for authorised school staff to manage mid-day meal records. It is not operated by or affiliated with a government department.
Information the app uses
The app uses an email address and password for account registration and sign-in. Users may enter school details, student-strength totals, cook/helper details, opening stock, supplies, daily beneficiary counts, food usage and expenditure. Cook/helper details entered in the school profile may include name, designation, age and caste. Users should enter only information they are authorised to record.
How information is used and stored
This information is used to provide the app’s records, calculations, stock balances and reports. The app uses Google Firebase for authentication and cloud storage so records can be available when a user signs in. Some information may also be stored on the device for app operation. When a user chooses to export or share a report, the report may be handled by the device’s printing or sharing service selected by that user.
The app includes the Google Mobile Ads software development kit. Advertising-related data handling may apply if ads are enabled. Google’s privacy information is available at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
Access and choices
Users should keep their login details private. To request correction or deletion of an account or its associated school records, contact myschool0316@gmail.com. We will review the request and explain what can be deleted, subject to any applicable record-keeping obligations.
